Meet The Producers

Many of our veggies, fruits and berries are grown by hand, organically and locally, by Rob, one of the café owners, at the Metcalfe Mini-Farm.

Our coffee is from Just Planet, fair trade organic coffee roasters in Sunbury. Lee and Norman Palumbo aim to encourage community and to support fair trade.

Our bread rises locally at Dough Si Dough Sourdough Bakery (Kyneton)

Oakwood, from Castlemaine, supply our smallgoods – owner Ralf uses traditional time-honoured techniques with his wood-fired smokehouses and carefully-sourced ingredients.

Oh! So Good Foods – David & Simone love to create delicious wholefood products that are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.

The Cottage Herbalist provides our teas – Caroline, the cottage herbalist herself, hand-blends the organic teas. Her herbal teas are formulated for their delicate taste and their beneficial effects on health and wellbeing.

KBoocha is handcrafted in Karina’s home located in beautiful Woodend. Her kombucha is naturally low in sugar, has live culture and it’s great for gut health.

Our Mineral water is by Victorian company Capi, and the mineral water used is sourced right here in Kyneton!

We use and recommend Captain Spice Chai, handcrafted & 100% vegan chai, made right here in the Macedon Ranges.

The milk we use is from another Victorian producer, Inglenook Dairy. They believe in sustainability for their dairy farmers.
